Q. Is there a charge for BBQ? Can I go empty-handed? If you use the BBQ, we will charge you 6,000 yen per time. The grill is square. After use, crows may come, so please be sure to clean it with a brush. Q. Is there staff at the accommodation? The facility is unattended, so there are no staff members living there. You can use it with peace of mind because it is a non-face-to-face check-in. In the unlikely event that damage or unauthorized use is found, we will charge a penalty of ¥20,000. Other things to note ● About the use of air conditioners and electrical appliances If you use a lot of electricity in one place, the breaker may switch off due to a lack of amperage. Especially on the 2nd floor, the simultaneous use of air conditioners and electrical appliances can cause the breaker to trip. (There is a limit to the amperage that can be used in one place.) ● About check-out After check-out at 10 am, the cleaning staff will arrive. If you are significantly late for check-out, the cleaning staff will not be able to clean without entering. In that case, we'll charge you an extension fee and a cleaning standby fee. Please strictly observe the check-out time. If we are unable to contact you, we may ring the intercom. ● Notes This facility is a house in a residential neighborhood. There are families with small children living around, so we ask you to use it with moderation. Please close the windows after 10 pm and refrain from making noise or talking loudly. Please note that we do not have portable wifi. ● About drying clothes There is a washing machine in the facility, but no dryer. We ask you to use ingenuity, such as drying in the bathroom or using a coin laundry. ● Check-in/out We ask our guests to check themselves in and out.
