Heated pool with solar panels (already included in the price). Built on one floor on a 1,100 m2 plot, large spaces and green areas with heated pool and barbecue. Thanks to the windows, the view of the gardens and an artisanal Talavera kitchen make it exceptional. Its location makes it a calm and relaxing place, ideal for resting and enjoying with the family. The space • House: We have the capacity to accommodate 14 people in 4 bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with their own fan and mosquito nets on the windows. • Pool: heated with 10.5 x 5.5 m solar panels and special machinery for cleaning and maintenance. Depth from 1.10 m to 1.70 m.* • Kitchen: you'll love it! Traditional handcrafted Talavera tiles, very spacious. Equipped with crockery, pans, pots and other cooking utensils, a fridge and freezer, a stove, a cupboard, a microwave oven, a blender and a coffee maker. There's also oil, salt, coffee and tea. • Kiosk or gazebo: it has a dining area in the centre, excellent for socialising, breakfast or outdoor meals. There's also a barbecue. • Terrace: a multipurpose space with a breakfast table for 8 people. • Bathrooms: in the garden, there are separate bathrooms for men and women, each with 2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 washbasin. There's 1 full bathroom inside. • Parking inside the house for 4 vehicles. • Up to 1 medium-sized pet is allowed. There is an extra charge for more than one pet. Small: $200, medium: $250, large: $370 per night. • Extra cost from 13 guests. E| 13th and 14th guests: $350 per night. Single beds exclusively for the 13th and 14th guests. If you'd like any changes to the bed arrangement, please let us know at least 3 days in advance. • We have all the basic amenities, including fibre optic Wi-Fi. • This house is fumigated periodically to prevent the spread of insects or other pests. Guest access It is generally used on the property. Other things to note In Oacalco you can find different restaurants, grocery stores, butcher shop, dairy, juices, fruit, vegetables, tortillería, just by walking to the center in less than 5 minutes. Soriana supermarket 15 minutes away. Sam's Club, Walmart and Liverpool supermarkets are 20 minutes away. Very good location for several destinations: 10 min from Yautepec, 10 min from Tepoztlán and 15 min from Tlayacapan Pueblos Mágicos, 15 min from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec, 20 min from Cuautla.
