It is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or a stop gap for a relocation. The Annex is spacious with sofa, TV, WiFi and beautiful log burner. The kitchen is well equipmed with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space for 2 cars on a private off street drive beside the annex. There is also a private small enclosed garden. The space The annex comprises a large kitchen diner and living room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Externally there is a small enclosed south facing patio with raised flower beds. Outdoor Garden Table and Chairs for sitting out. Clean Linen is included, as well as bath towels and Tea-towels. The annex is heated with underfloor heating which guests can control themselves to suit their likes. There is 24/7 hot water. Guest access Access is via a seperate gated entrance from the front of the Annex with private parking for two cars Other things to note The Annex is situated in the heart of the village. There is a local convenience store, just two minutes walk away which, stocks all the basic provisions. The village pub is just over the road and serves local ales, wines, soft drinks, and reasonable pub food.
