The name "Lo Paillèa" comes from the Aosta Valley dialect and means "hayloft": a tribute to the building's history, once used to store hay and now transformed into a bright, elegant, and welcoming space. We look forward to making your stay unforgettable. The space The accommodation is designed to offer modern comfort in a warm and welcoming environment. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need for short or long stays. The bright living room houses a comfortable sofa bed and a UHD TV, while the loft offers a spacious double bedroom with a dedicated UHD TV. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests and is equipped with two large bathrooms, both with a shower, one in the living area and one private in the bedroom. There are large storage spaces to better organize clothing during your stay. The accommodation is completed by a small private terrace, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation in the open air. A well-kept, functional and ideal environment to experience the mountains with all comforts. Guest access We will personally take care of check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to welcome you and accompany you to discover the apartment and its services. We will be available for any information about the stay and the surroundings. After this time, you can access the apartment in complete autonomy thanks to the simple and safe self check-in, so you can arrive whenever you like and immediately start enjoying the tranquility of Arvier.
