Welcome to Le Clos du Château: a detached house with character on the grounds of Château de Vernon. The space Sleeping arrangements: Au RC - 1 bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, PRM access - 1 independent toilet On the 1st floor - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - 1 area with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with bath and shower - 1 independent toilet Note: We kindly ask you in advance not to bring pets upstairs so as not to damage the beige carpet. Guest access You have the use of the entire building, the park, and the woods surrounding the castle. Other things to note The sheets are provided but not the towels. Pets are welcome but are not allowed upstairs (there is a bedroom on the ground floor) The entire park and woods are accessible to guests, but it is expressly requested that you do not feed the horses and ponies (even with cut grass) and do not let our dear four-legged friends roam free next to their enclosures (this causes critical stress for pregnant females). The wood floors creak and the insulation dates from the 17th century, but our wish is to preserve the spirit of the place. If you have criteria other than beauty and authenticity, I think there are plenty of modern accommodations in the area.
