Its a quite peaceful country farm house, located in foot hills of Allegany country. The space We are close to Alfred, NY which has 3 colleges. Long- term student renting is available. Guest access Please respect the other rented rooms, other than that you are free to roam the house and property as you like. In the kitchen one of the cupboards has your room number on it. This is yours for your stay, please remember to clear it out when you leave. As well as, the refrigerator. Thanks!
