The spacious apartment extends over approx. 130 m² of living space, spread over two levels. It offers two elegant bedrooms, an open kitchen with a modern cooking island and a fantastic roof terrace with spectacular views over the roofs of the old town to Lake Constance. The lounge on the Altane with high-quality seating invites you to relax, read or have breakfast together in the sunlight. Another highlight is the barrier-free access with the elevator: on the 3rd floor you can easily reach the apartment entrance, on the 4th floor you drive directly into the living area - a comfort that is unparalleled in an old town building. The apartment is equipped for up to 6 people. The two bright and comfortable bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds. Another sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) is in the upper living area. Your apartment has two modern bathrooms – one with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet, the second with a bathtub – as well as a separate guest toilet in the lower living area. Please note: Due to the open staircase, the apartment is not suitable for toddlers. After an eventful day on the lake, enjoy your evenings cooking in the top-equipped kitchen or with a glass of wine on the terrace with stunning views. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and the existing key safe means nothing stands in the way of a late arrival.
