The unique layout offers an oversized living space compared to other rentals at the resort, which are often smaller and feel more cramped. Guests will also enjoy a private balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean and outdoor pools. As of Spring 2022, this unit has been updated with beautiful, tasteful decorations and accents. The homeowner has worked hard to make this condo feel like a true home away from home. Updates include new flooring, fresh paint, new wall art, new bedding, an accent chair, bathroom upgrades, and various other details. "A Wave From It All" feels clean, comfortable, and perfect for 2–4 guests. In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a small sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini fridge) is provided to keep food and beverages cold. The homeowners also installed new dishes and kitchen utensils in 2022. The studio features 2 full-size beds, a closet and dresser for storage, a TV with digital cable, and an AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table with chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen, the bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and oversized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet. The Landmark Resort offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after destination for visitors. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, an arcade, and more. Please note that guests do not have access to the food and beverage outlets within the resort or the water features across the street. Pack light! We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Guests also receive basic "starter toiletries," which include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
