Only 8 miles to Downtown Evergreen. 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 3 night min stay on holiday weekends. Note; you do not need a 4/all wheel Dr Vehicle in the Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons. 2 dogs maximum. NO CATS. There is a 1 time $55 pet fee. Request and review Pet Policy before booking. Please indicate in your reservation request that your are bringing you dog(s). You will receive an additional payment request after your reservation is accepted for the $55 Pet Fee. Guest at the Wilderness Cabin on the Canyon have the entire house to themselves and the run of a full secluded acre of land We own and manage 5 Evergreen Colorado Wilderness Location Cabins and Cottages. they are all on 1 acre+ lots and are generally in walking distance to each other. You will not be bothered by guests at our other properties. You are invited to text us anytime if you need assistance. If we do not hear from you we will not initiate socialization and you will not see us at all. The quiet and Privacy of your Secluded Lodging Location is Very important to us. Our area is a secluded wilderness setting with adjacent houses on 1,2 & 5 acre plots. The journey back to Evergreen is a beautiful 15 minute drive down Brook Forest Canyon There is no public or private transportation options in our Mountain Communities including No Taxis, Uber or Lyft. The only way to be mobile is to bring or rent a vehicle. WINTER DRIVING CONSIDERATIONS; All Colorado Rocky Mtn Travel involves uphill and downhill driving. You cannot drive up and down hills on the day of a snowstorm in a 2/front Wheel Drive Vehicle. In the Colorado Rocky Mountains we can have meaningful snowstorms starting in Sept and going thru May. Therefore; During snowstorm conditions you will need to bring or rent and All Wheel/4 Wheel Drive Vehicle as you cannot drive up and down hills in a 2/front wheel drive vehicle during snow storm conditions.
