Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. The hut is totally off the grid. Like many norwegian smaller cabins this also means that the facilities are primitive (no running water, no wifi or electricity and an outdoors toilet) You need to be up for an adventure. It is along the Atlantic road and makes a perfect stop-over during a road trip. Minimum stay is one night. Guest access You have access to the whole island and the paradise of Hustadvika all around. The hut is for two people. If you bring a tent and is more people an extra fee of 100 nok per person per night is added as the facilities are subject to heavier use. A small rowing boat will be provided for guests to get off and on the island. Life vests must be worn at all times at sea in Norway - this is regulated by law. Twice a day, during low tide, the island can be accessed by foot. Bed sheets and towels are provided for an extra fee of 150 nok per person. There is no wifi available. Check in is 12:00 pm and check out is 15:00 pm. Other things to note Please feel at home in our paradise. We highly recommend fishing, hiking in the close-by mountains or just lay in the grass talking to our sheep. Bring your sleeping-bags/bed-sheets and towels or ask for bed-sheets for an extra charge of 150 NOK per person per visit. The closest supermarket is in Bud, so if you come by public transport it is good to buy food in advance. As mentioned, the standard is primitive.
