Entry is through a common door leading to a shared courtyard before accessing your private front door. ✨ The space Enjoy a comfortable, functional and perfectly equipped space: • 🛋️ Large living room of 35 m², bright and friendly • 🛏️ 3 bedrooms, one of which is dual-aspect • 🛏️ 1 pull-out sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) installed on a large landing • 💼 1 desk, ideal for teleworking and relaxing with 1 massage chair • 🏋️ A small gym (treadmill and exercise bike) • 🎲 A landing with children's games • 🛁 1 bathroom on the ground floor (only 1 in the accommodation) • 🚽 1 toilet on the ground floor (only 1 in the accommodation) • 🌿 Private outdoor area of 18 m² 🍽️ Kitchen & amenities A fully functional gas kitchen with all the necessities: • Dishwasher • Washer • Suitable utensils and equipment (dishes for 10 people; spices; coffee, tea; sugar available) • Books available for young and old • Wi-Fi Available • TV with access to Netflix and Prime 🐾 Animals allowed We're happy to welcome your pets. However, to preserve the comfort and hygiene of the premises, animals are allowed only on the ground floor and not upstairs. 🚗 Parking • Free outdoor parking ⚠️ Please do not park in front of the carriage door so as not to obstruct access. 🌡️ Things to know The house is heated by a heat pump, efficient but can be a little noisy on cool nights. 🍇 A privileged location in the heart of the vineyard Our house is located in the pretty wine village of Moussy, in the immediate vicinity of a leisure area with: • Soccer field • Petanque court • Outdoor children's playground Local winegrowers have set up 2 "lodge" spaces in the vineyard to settle in the heart of the vineyards with friends/family. A bus in the village takes you to Épernay, famous for its Avenue de Champagne, its large Champagne houses and its prestigious cellars. Ideal for discovering the region, tasting champagne, relaxing with family or exploring the surrounding nature. 🌍 Other things to note On request we can provide a travel crib, a folding bed for children, a high chair, a baby bath. We maintain a privileged relationship with the Pierry cooperative (Champagne Vincent D'astrée 1er cru) located in the neighboring village, which offers cellar visits by appointment as well as tastings of its products.
