🌿Cosy space on a working Welsh Farm🌿 Escape to the heart of rural Wales with a stay in our charming countryside hideaway just outside Newcastle Emlyn. Enjoy peaceful views, fresh air, and modern comforts on a friendly working farm. Ideal for couples, small families, or solo travellers. Relax in the super-king bed, explore nearby waterfalls and beaches. Dog-friendly, with parking, Wi-Fi, small garden. The property is reached via a Long uneven stony farm track, not suitable for lowered vehicles The space The space offers a comfortable one-bedroom with a super king bed and an additional sofa bed upstairs. * Living area / kitchenette open plan area. Relax with a Smart TV, comfy sofas, and lovely country views. A modest prep area with a tabletop oven/hob, fridge, freezer and essentials for easy meals. There are also local take away delivery services available. All flooring downstairs is hard flooring, this can be cold on feet, brining slippers can help. 🚿🚾Bathroom modern shower room (no bath). 🅿️ Private parking to the rear and a small garden. 🛜Wifi available 🦮Well-behaved dogs are welcome (downstairs only). A stair gate is fitted at the bottom of the stairs for peace of mind, and a dog bed is available on request. Please keep dogs on leads during stay due to livestock being close by and please pick up any dog mess. ♨️HEATING; the Studio is fitted with smart electric heaters, a thermostat sets the temperature but if you feel cold or too hot please let me know and I can adjust remotely for you. This being said the heaters are programmed with ‘open window detection’ and will automatically turn off after 60 minutes if windows are left open, meaning the space will be cold, so it’s best to close windows especially if you are going out for the day. Please note: the property is reached via a Long , uneven , stony farm track which can be muddy in the wet weather … not suitable for lowered vehicles. You’ll also be sharing the surroundings with farm animals, so expect the authentic sounds and smells of farm life. 🌄 The Location We’re perfectly placed to explore the best of West Wales: * 🐟 Cenarth Falls – only 10 minutes drive away, a beautiful village where the river Teifi flows through. You’ll also find pubs, restaurants, health spa, deli, cafés and riverside walks. * 🏰 Newcastle Emlyn – just 10 minutes in the car. Guest access Please access via the steps to the rear, small balcony area and glass patio doors. The front double grey doors are locked during guest stays. Light switch is to the left on the wall when entering through the glass doors. Please note the lane access, we are rural and remote. We are on a working farm, but we think that’s part of the adventure.
