Ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining/living room with TV, toilet and laundry. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 cot), sitting/relaxation area, bathroom and toilet. Electric heating and pellet stove. Outdoor plot with 40 m² terrace and parking. Linens provided (beds made on arrival). Electricity: 8 kWh/day free, surplus payable at the end of the stay. Tourist tax not included. Linens rental: €6/pers. Cleaning fee: €50 (individuals) or €70 (with pets or businesses). Cleaning is mandatory for business travelers and for those traveling with pets. If the cleaning fee and bed linens are not paid for at the time of booking, they will be payable on site to the owners. Capacity: 3 people for companies (renewable weekly contract).
