House with pool in the heart of the Val Lamartinien

Bright 160 m2 house located in the heart of the Val Lamartinien, where the poet Alphonse de Lamartine lived. Great views on both sides of the house. 1700 m2 landscaped plot with swimming pool, terrace, wooded garden, barbecue, various children's games. Numerous hiking trails with panoramic views of hills and vineyards within walking distance from the house. 15 min from Mâcon, 15 min from Cluny. Shops 5 min by car (no shops in the village). The space House in which we live on a daily basis (it is not a secondary home with empty cupboards) and which we rent out when we travel. Ideal for 4 adults and 4 or 5 children. We have 2 children, so the house is ideally equipped for children: many games inside and outside, changing table, high chair, baby dishes, etc... In addition, my husband and I work partly from home, so you will find a desk, printer, Wi-Fi access, etc... if needed. The house consists of a large living room with wood stove protected by a safety gate for children, equipped kitchen and dining room. Living room/TV with bay window giving access to the terrace and pool. Above the living room is a master bedroom with a queen size bed 160*200 with balcony and views of the surrounding villages of the Val Lamartinien. In another wing of the house are the other 3 bedrooms + bathroom (double sink, bathtub and toilet) + 1 other separate toilet. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are children's bedrooms: - one contains a pull-out bed for 2 people (2 x 90*190) which can also be put together to make a large double bed. - the other a 140*200 double bed - the 3rd bedroom is the guest bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed - 2 baby cribs, each with an extra comfort mattress Each of the bedrooms has a closet/wardrobe in which a small space will be made for you to store your clothes. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available. Bike storage/garden shelters Guest access Except for a closed office, the place is fully accessible to guests and we won't be there during your stay.
