Restored house with private indoor swimming pool heated to 27°C all year round (4x8 m), equipped with a counter-current swimming and massage system, shared with another cottage. Ground floor: American kitchen open to dining room and living room (equipped with American fridge, pierrade, fondue, raclette), Maillard fireplace, separate toilet, 107 cm flat screen TV, dryer. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 90 cm), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. Linens and hand towels provided. 80 m² terrace, 1000 m² common enclosed land, covered shelter. Mountain biking, swing, petanque, bikes available. Mandatory cleaning for professionals at €60 if the cleaning is not paid for during booking, this will be paid on site to the owners. Additional pool package of €30 (November to February).
