The property is partially protected from view and the lawn is maintained by a robotic lawnmower. There's also a guest room. The room is decorated as a bedroom with a double bed, with its own entrance and toilet. Harplinge is a pleasant community at a convenient distance to the nice coastal stretch between Halmstad and Falkenberg. The beaches here offer both wide sandy beaches and exciting small coves. Haverdal Nature Reserve stretches along the beach to Lynga. There are several walking trails and a rich bird life. North along the coast you have Steninge, with its varied coastal nature. Halmstad is only a short car ride away. There is a great variety of entertainment, many restaurants, cafés and a great variety of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the nearby area, the closest is Haverdal Golf Course.
