You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Located in the quiet village of Scruton approx halfway between Northallerton & Bedale. Easy access to the A1 and East Coast Mainline. The property has 3 double bedrooms, a spacious lounge, dining area and fabulous kitchen. Ideal for either leisure or corporate guests. Walking distance to the local pub you can see it from the lounge window. Please note : the two fireplaces in the lounge area have been de-commissioned - DO NOT USE The space Spacious lounge, dining table and 3 good sizeed bedrooms. Guest access Access is by the left hand side of the property - open the gate, turn right at the top of the path, the back door is there - the keysafe is behind you on the wall. Other things to note Both chimneys in the property have been decommissioned and cannot be used. Please remove shoes - slippers advised as kitchen floor is stone No candles or naked flames allowed in the property The heating controller is on the wall above the sofa - just turn up or down - do not go less than 5 in the winter
