Wi-Fi, Netflix and self check-in via a key lockbox make it a practical base for a couple’s getaway, a family stay or a business trip. The space The apartment is arranged over two floors. The ground-floor entrance opens into the main living space, with an equipped kitchen, dining area and a sofa bed. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Coffee, tea and sugar are also available to get your stay started. Please note: the internal staircase is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children. The bedroom, bathroom and toilet are all upstairs. Guest access You have access to the entire property. Self check-in is available from 4 pm using a secure key lockbox. Access instructions will be sent before your arrival, so you can settle in at your own pace. Please check out before 11 am. Other things to note The TV offers Netflix and apps but does not receive French terrestrial channels (TNT). Street parking is free in the blue zone, with time limits and a parking disc required. A disc is provided in the apartment. Spaces are not reserved; if needed, you can park further along the street or in the nearby Hauts Penteurs car park. Your pet is welcome. A €10 fee per stay applies for additional cleaning. Pets must not be left alone in the apartment.
