Tiny house with alcove bed and wood stove

Welcome to our charming 25m2 tiny house with wooden interior and wood stove! Thanks to the large windows and the alcove bed, you have a stunning view of the Achterhoek bocage landscape. In the evenings, it's still truly dark here, and with a bit of luck, you might hear an owl's call! Directly from the house and in the surrounding area, there are many hiking and cycling opportunities. You're close to places like Hackfort Castle, the eight castle village of Vorden and the historic city of Zutphen. The space This tiny house is based on the old little bakehouse that used to be on our yard. The cozy raised alcove bed has a 180 x 200 cm mattress with two separate duvets. A step makes it easy to get in and out of bed. Please note that the box bed is less suitable for people with mobility issues or young children. The house is well insulated and heated by an air conditioner that can both heat and cool. During the winter months, you can use the Jotul wood-burning stove for a small fee – be aware that it heats up quickly! :-) There is a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and toaster. There is also a portable induction hob (with one zone), two pans and a frying pan, perfect for heating soup or boiling eggs. The tiny house is located on our property, where we live with our 10-year-old daughter and our cheerful Border Collie. You can park your car in the private parking space next to the house. In summer, the shade of the oak trees keeps the cottage pleasantly cool. There's a northeast-facing terrace where you can relax in fine weather. In summer, the terrace enjoys sunshine in the second half of the afternoon. Other things to note A few practical tips: -Due to the sloping roof, the height on the low side is 1.77 m and the door to the bathroom is 1.95 m high in the middle. -The tiny house is well insulated and can be heated quickly with the air conditioning. The bathroom does not have separate heating. -We kindly ask you to be considerate of others between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. -The tiny house is not easily accessible by public transport, so private transport is recommended. -Bicycles can be rented from Bike Totaal Bleumink in Vorden. -there is no television, but there is of course Wi-Fi and a Bose Bluetooth speaker for your music.
