To the left of the entrance, going down two steps, discover a vast lounge bathed in light thanks to a large bay window overlooking the garden and swimming pool. This space is designed for gathering, relaxing, or watching a film thanks to the video projector available. The room then extends towards a large independent kitchen, perfectly equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... featuring a convivial dining table. Two doors allow direct access to the external terrace, ideal for enjoying fine weather. On the other side of the entrance, there are separate toilets, then a large bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), numerous cupboards and a private bathroom comprising shower, bathtub, Wc and two sinks.
