Positioned to take in uninterrupted views across the Valley of a Thousand Hills, the villa blends clean architectural lines with a raw natural setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, shifting constantly with light, weather, and season. Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom with premium linens, a moody designer bathroom with a double shower, a full kitchen, and a relaxed living space designed to slow everything down. A selection of premium provisions is included for your stay — local wine, rustic bread, eggs, granola (GF available), coffee, milk options and spreads. Step outside onto the private deck for morning mist rolling through the valley, kangaroos grazing nearby, and long evenings by the fire under a full sky of stars. The villa runs sustainably and off-grid, while still offering all modern comforts — power, heating/cooling, hot water, and WiFi. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and private deck. As part of your stay, you’re immersed within the Bloom Into You Flower Farm — a working flower farm that shifts with the seasons. You’re welcome to explore designated areas of the property, take in the rows, and experience the landscape beyond the villa. Wildlife is part of the setting — it’s common to see kangaroos, birdlife, and changing activity across the hills throughout the day. During peak season (January–April), Saturday guests may have access to our Gather & Bloom Twilight Pick — a golden hour flower picking experience held on the farm (subject to availability). The villa itself remains completely private and separate from main farm activity. Other things to note Villa Minto is located on the Bloom Into You Flower Farm — a working property that evolves with the seasons.
