Smart Apartment with comfort needed

The domicile is located on the outskirts of the city. It has a large garden with garden furniture and the possibility to relax and enjoy a barbecue or campfire. For the children, there is the opportunity to play in the garden in nature (wild games). In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous swimming and fishing lakes. From the house you can reach extensive forests that invite you to a bike tour or hike. The Masurian Great Lakes are easily reached by car. The space The offered apartment is on the upper floor of the inn. It is about 75 m² and fully aesthetically furnished. The apartment includes a fitted kitchen, a living room (35 m²) with balcony, two bedrooms for up to 5 people and a bathroom. The living room has a nostalgic Masurian tiled stove. The kitchen is practically combined with the living area and equipped with many useful small appliances. On the balcony there is also a possibility to grill, play board games... or smoke a cigar (cigars). Guest access Guests have free access to the garden and all common parts of the living space. A garage and 3 parking spaces are available to guests free of charge upon request. Other things to note Ideal as a working station (homeworking) in summer. If necessary, our guests can be provided with 3 more bedrooms in the vacation home, each with 2 sleeping places! For heating in the heating season, a lump sum of 100euros per week.
