Villa Leone is a spacious 200m2 residence carefully designed and decorated to accommodate up to 6 people (+1 baby ) in perfect comfort and style. It's great for friends, couples with 2.3 or 4 children. Nestled in the serene village of Plaka, this luxurious 3 bedroom villa offers stunning views with the sea and mountain as a backdrop, stylish interiors and exceptional amenities for a truly unique, relaxing and memorable stay. The villa has 3 bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy. All bed, bathroom and pool linens are provided and you will enjoy carefully cleaned and disinfected spaces (an intermediate cleaning and even provided for long stays (2 weeks minimum) All rooms come with blackout curtains and blinds (blackout) In the heart of the house is an elegant fully equipped living room and a bright dining area. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a central island allowing conviviality over a drink or the preparation of meals. The house is equipped with wifi including in outdoor areas and is ideal for a stay with remote work. The easily accessible exterior opens to relaxing areas around the pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (pool towels provided) or friendly under the pergola in the outdoor lounge or dining area equipped with a gas barbecue You can do your yoga session by the pool (mat available) or a few muscle exercises. During your stay the gardener as well as the pool maintenance team may need access to the villa. Villa Leone offers convenient access to pristine beaches, tavernas, local shops, and a bustling seaside life. Downtown Chania and the famous Venetian harbor are only 30 minutes away. You can park your vehicle(s) inside the garden area equipped with an automatic gate. Even though there are 2 grocery stores just 100 meters from the Villa that are very convenient, we recommend that you go to the SYNKA supermarket in Kalyves for larger shopping trips (Address: SYN.KA Supermarket, Palea EO Chanion Rethimnou 56, Kalives 730 03, Greece). Prices are more affordable and there is more choice If you want to visit the area and/or have more independence, we advise you to rent a car either directly at the airport (advice available) or in Almyrida or Kalyves. The rates are often very reasonable. Please keep in mind that even in October and until mid-November, you can easily swim in the sea and the pool, which remain above 20 degrees. Nearby attractions: . Other things to note - A stay "like at home" We are committed to entrusting our home to you in impeccable condition, and we thank you in advance for taking care of it as if it were your own. - For your comfort and the planet: The house is equipped with air conditioning. In hot weather, we recommend setting it to around 25°C: this cools the rooms perfectly without a thermal shock, while avoiding unnecessary excess energy consumption. Thank you so much for your eco-responsible awareness! - The place is completely non-smoking - All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and blinds - As in all accommodations in Crete, the instructions for using the bathrooms will be displayed in the house (no towels or tampons thrown in the toilet: you will be charged for any unblocking) - No pets are allowed in the villa - During your stay, the gardener and the pool maintenance team may need to access the villa. - Any valuable equipment or decoration that is broken will be charged for.
