We have paid attention to high-quality furnishings and feel-good decor. The 106 sqm apartment (3 rooms, 1.5 bathrooms) offers a great experience for 6 people with king-size beds for the highest demands. If you are traveling with a large group, you can accommodate up to 12 people (2 people per king-size bed). Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser ensures the right cuddle factor. We explicitly want to point out that the apartment is very well connected with a tram stop directly outside the door. From there, it's an 11-minute ride directly to Duisburg main station. We have paid attention to great design throughout the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and offers enough space for large groups with a large bathroom and an additional guest toilet. This also includes the fully equipped spacious kitchen. The large bathroom offers a shower with a normal shower head and a Grohe rain shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer are a matter of course. Also a branded washer-dryer, which enables long-term stays. An additional guest toilet facilitates cohabitation in the large group. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, hot plates, oven, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, toaster, kettle, microwave, and full crockery. The dining table seats 8 people and enjoys a bright atmosphere through a large window. Other things to note The German registration law requires a query of the data of the main person of the booking, as in every hotel in Germany at check-in.
