Set on 6.5 acres on the edge of Portland, offering sweeping escarpment views, complete privacy, and space to truly switch off. The space is surrounded by native wildlife and open skies. Designed for weekend adventures or midweek escapes, it’s the kind of place where families and friends come together for long lunches, fireside evenings, outdoor exploring, and uninterrupted time away from the city. The space Bedroom 1: double and single bed Bedroom 2: double and single bed Bedroom 3: double bed with ensuite and free standing bathtub Bathroom 2: shower, toilet and handbasin Open Plan Living Room/ Kitchen: 3 couches, large dining table, stove, oven, fridge, wood heater and space for one single and one double mattress that are in the wardrobe Laundry: sink, washing machine, dryer, child's high chair, iron board and iron Deck: undercover diner table, day bed and two couches, bbq Outdoors: 6.5 acres to explore, fire pit, dam, relicts of an old house and clothes lines Parking: parking space for upto 10 cars Guest access The whole property is yours. Although there is no direct neighbours you are in a valley so we ask for quite music out on the deck past 9pm. Other things to note The house has no neighbouring houses within view. However the property is a 3 minute drive to the local town of Portland which has a cafe, pub, IGA and the Foundations art site. The property is 2.5 hours drive from Sydney.
