Set on 6.5 acres on the edge of Portland, offering sweeping, sun drenched escarpment views, complete privacy, and space to truly switch off. The space is surrounded by native wildlife, friendly farm animals and open skies. It's the kind of place where families and friends come together for uninterrupted time away from the city. Bedroom 1: double bed with attached ensuite - toilet, hand basin and freestanding bathtub Bedroom 2: double and single bed Bedroom 3: double and single bed Bathroom 2: shower, toilet and handbasin Extra Bedding: x1 queen and x1 single mattress stored in the wardrobe of the master bedroom. Open Plan Living Room/ Kitchen: 4 couches, large dining table, stove, oven, fridge, smart TV, wood heater and space for one single and one double mattress that are in the wardrobe in bedroom 1. Laundry: sink, washing machine, dryer, child's high chair, iron board and iron Deck: Large undercover diner table, day bed, two outdoor infrared heaters, two couches and bbq Outdoors: 6.5 acres to explore, two friendly alpacas and two goats who love to be fed with the supplied hay, fire pit, dam (fenced from the house), games lawn, relicts of an old house and clothes lines. If requested people can camp for an additional fee. Parking: parking space for upto 10 cars Guest access The whole property is yours. Although there is no direct neighbours you are in a valley so we ask for quite music out on the deck past 9pm. Other things to note The house has no neighbouring houses within view. However the property is a 3 minute drive to the local town of Portland which has a cafe, pub, IGA and the Foundations art site. The property is 2.5 hours drive from Sydney.
