Please note that it is not a full-size swimming pool. 🚗 A quick parking note: The private parking space is suitable for one small to medium-sized car only. Larger vehicles may not fit. If you have additional vehicles, they can be parked directly outside The RYZE gate, provided they do not block the narrow access road. Please do not park in front of our neighbours' properties or gates. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor spaces, the private dipping pool, and the walled courtyard. Self check-in is available 24/7 via smart lock, allowing flexible arrival after check-in time. 🚗 Parking Free secure parking for one small to medium-sized car is available inside the gated property. • The private parking space inside The RYZE is suitable for 1 small to medium-sized car only. Larger vehicles may not fit. • Our access road is narrow, so please do not park on or block the road. • If you have an additional vehicle, it may be parked directly in front of The RYZE gate, provided the gate and access road remain clear. • Please do not park in front of our neighbours’ properties or gates. • If you have more vehicles than can be accommodated, please message us and we’ll advise you where they can be parked nearby. Thank you for helping us keep access clear for everyone. 🙏 Other things to note Please note: Construction is currently taking place at a neighboring property. Work is generally carried out during daytime hours, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and there may occasionally be some construction noise during these hours although it is not to intrusive. The work is next door and does not significantly affect the use of the property, but we want to be transparent with our guests. Also:- The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 registered guests. To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment: • No parties or events • Maximum of 8 registered guests at all times • No unregistered visitors without approval • Maximum of 2 cars at anytime. Please use the car port and the area in front of our gate for parking. • Please respect our quiet residential neighborhood, especially in the evening Bookings that appear to be for parties may be declined or canceled. Wednesday is trash collection day. One of the cleaners with have to access the staff area at the back of the house in order to collect the stored rubbish. Thank you for your understanding on this 🙏
