Location Situated in the Salzburg lake district, just a few minutes from the city of Salzburg. The perfect base for exploring the Salzkammergut, Upper Austria and the entire Salzburg region. Ideal for holiday guests, business travellers, commuters or long-term stays. Guest access During your stay, the apartment and all its amenities are exclusively yours – a place to arrive and feel at ease. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note For the reservation of a travel cot and a high chair including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance. An E-charging station at the parking lot next to our house is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car. Our laundry facilities are available upon request. If you would like to use them, we will be happy to reserve a 5-hour laundry time slot for you. The facilities include a washing machine with detergent, a dryer, an iron with ironing board, as well as a folding surface for laundry.
