All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Separate) There is a spacious living room replete with comfortable seating. Include AC, WI-Fi and a sound system. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN (No Access) Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed GAMES AREA There are board and indoor games to play with kids. There is a tennis court where guests can play pickleball. There is a swing for two people to enjoy a fun time. For the safety of guests & to maintain the quality of the court, we kindly request that all guests wear rubber soled sports shoes while playing pickleball. Use of the court without appropriate footwear is not permitted. ENTERTAINMENT AREA There is a karaoke setup for singing and grooving on beats. There is a private home theatre setup with streaming apps for binge-watching movies and TV shows. LAWN (Private) There is a 43560 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 15 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space and loungers. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - There is a steam room available for use. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
