Gaze across the paddocks towards the mountains, without the hustle and bustle of the township in peak season. Fishing, boating and some spectacular bush walks and the cycle trail are on your doorstep. Come and spend some time, relax and unwind. The space Our property is newly established and is sited for privacy. We have spent a lot of time landscaping a blank space and it is still a work in progress, weather permitting! The house comprises 2 bedrooms, the main containing a Queen Bed, and a built in double wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet and a heated towel rail. Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel is supplied. The Kitchen has a decent sized fridge freezer and full oven with ceramic cooktop and rangehood. There is ample storage. The washing machine is located under the bench and laundry detergent is supplied. The lounge area is compact but comfy. You will find some board games in the storage seat. There is freeview, Tv1 and 3 on demand. The second bedroom has a comfy extra length double bed, with side table. The outside covered deck is a great extension of the home and has table and seating for 4. A 4 burner gas BBQ is included. The fire pit is in front of the deck so you can sit around toasting marshmellows, sip your bevvys and enjoy the views. Guest access All the property has to offer is available to guests. We live next door, so if there is any advice or anything you need, just give us a shout. Other things to note Unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets (I have allergies), or small children.
