The space The Poggiolino d'Oro can accommodate up to 6 people, with spaces designed to ensure comfort and functionality: • Double room: large, bright and with a comfortable bed. • Bedroom: with a sofa bed a little smaller than a queen-size bed, ideal for 2 young people or a couple who sleep in a sweet embrace :) Two adult men would sleep tightly! • Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed, very comfortable even for two adults. • Open-space kitchen: equipped for cooking and eating together. Main amenities: induction cooktop, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, moka coffee maker. • Modern bathroom: renovated and functional. • Terrace with a view of the Arezzo cathedral in the distance • Private parking: directly in front of the entrance, 30 meters away Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and can also use the stairwell, which is part of the private area of the accommodation. The house is located in a very quiet condominium, consisting only of another person who lives on the first floor. The only area that is not accessible is a small area of the bedroom, reserved for the host. Parking is extremely simple: you can leave your car freely in the small square in front of the house or along the adjacent road, where the passage of vehicles is minimal and parking is always easy. Other things to note • The house can accommodate up to 6 people, but it is important to know that the bedroom has a sofa bed that is a little smaller than a single bed. Two adults might be cramped. • In the living room there is a PoltroneSofà double sofa bed, which is also very comfortable for two adults. • The only area not accessible to guests is a small space in the bedroom, reserved for the host. • The condominium is very quiet and inhabited only by one other person: we kindly ask you to maintain respectful behavior, especially in the evening hours. • Parking is simple: you can leave your car in the square in front of the house or along the street, where there is always availability.
