CA15 8QG (village) between Maryport & Workington. Sunny, modern & warm 3 bedroomed house tastefully furnished. Compact kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area and 43" Smart T.V. Attractive electric fireplace with real fire effect. Gas CH all rooms. 1 bathroom - has a shower over the bath. There's 2 bedrooms with king size beds & 1 bedroom with single - all are very good & comfortable ( 2 are brand new) 3rd nearly new. The house is just off the main road (which is called Station Road).. On street parking; 1 minute walk to bus stops and the train stop. West Coast line..goes up to Carlisle and Scotland. There's access to the shingle and sandy beach nearby.. 2 minutes away. Walk along main road Maryport direction..at end of sandstone wall alongside railway line go under arch & railway line to beach. Maryport with harbour, 2 Marinas, an Aquarium, shops, takeaways, pubs, Lidl & garage is 3 miles - then beautiful coast road to Allonby & Silloth going north. Stunning sunsets. Go south to Workington & Whitehaven towns, St. Bees beach with cliff walks or Wasdale (inland) with beautiful lake and pub. Attractive Cockermouth is inland 10 miles then on to Keswick and Stunning Lake District. Guest access Entire house for use by guests except 1 locked cupboard. If arriving same day as booked the house may not be ready for entry until 6pm instead of 4pm.. please check/ask via message after booking please. Other things to note If you BOOK THE DAY YOU ARRIVE accesss is from 5.30pm not 4pm to allow us to prepare the house, possibly 6pm.. NON SMOKING throughout the property. Laundrette is 2 miles from house toward Maryport.. Turn into industrial estate on rt.. (No washer /dishwasher in the house). There are 3 comfortable extra chairs under the stairs. Freezer is in there - easily accessible. Hairdryer is in the lounge in white cabinet. Middle floor - Bathroom & 1 king bedroom. Top floor King bedroom & single room. House not suitable for babies, toddlers (stairs not gated) nor people with mobilty issues - 2 flights of stairs. No dogs or cats allowed - no garden (shared small yard at the back).
