Guests also enjoy the outdoor areas, including the large deck, waterfront spaces, and access to the private jetty. Parking: Free street parking is widely available along the quiet street outside the property. Limited on-site parking may be available depending on availability. Please note the garage is not available for guest use, as it is reserved for private storage. Other things to note 1. Security cameras: For safety, there are 8 outdoor security cameras around the property (external areas only). 2. Quiet time: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am is quiet time. Please respect other guests and our surrounding neighbours. 3. No smoking indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and indoor areas. 4. No parties or pets: No parties/events and no pets allowed at any time. 5. Maximum occupancy: This unit is approved for a maximum of 12 guests only.
