The space The home features a welcoming mudroom at the entrance, a full kitchen with a coffee station, kettle, toaster and wine glasses, tea pot and a living room with large windows overlooking the water. Upstairs includes one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The downstairs (basement) features a master bedroom ( bigger room) with a king bed and a full bunk bed, a makeup table with hairdryer. There’s also a second bathroom, a laundry area, and a spare room with a sofa bed that can double as a workspace. High-standard finishes and a calm atmosphere make the home comfortable for families, couples, or small groups. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the deck, BBQ area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, downstairs laundry, and the spare room workspace. Only two small basement storage rooms are locked. Other things to note BBQ and kayaks are not available during the winter season. Typically December- May depending on weather. 🛶 Kayaking & Tides Kayaking conditions in the area depend on the tides. We recommend checking tide times before heading out. For the best experience, plan your paddle around mid to high tide. 🔥 Fire Pit Enjoy our outdoor fire pit during your stay! We provide kindling and an electric lighter for your convenience. Firewood is not included, but can be easily purchased in Summerside on your way: • Esso – 495 Granville St • Ultramar – 486 Granville St (open 24 hrs) • Kent Building Supplies – 35 Roy Boates Ave Please purchase firewood locally rather than bringing it from outside Prince Edward Island.
