The space This semi-detached townhouse has been thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and welcoming stay. The open-plan living/dining area features a 40” Smart TV (your own streaming accounts required), comfy seating, and direct access to a large private garden with outdoor seating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for home dining with 2 ovens, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and basic condiments. A washer/dryer is also available for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements Main Bedroom: Double bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, built-in wardrobe Second Bedroom: Double bed, built-in wardrobe Main Bathroom: Bath and shower, towels provided Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest, with basic toiletries available. The quiet street makes finding a space easy. Out and about Within a 5-minute walk to Unwin Square, you’ll find local shops, restaurants, and a café. Public buses run directly into the city centre, Cambridge North Station is 6 minutes away by car, and Cambridge Science Park is nearby. Orchard Park sportsground and a kids’ playground are just a 5-minute walk. Guest access Guests have full, private use of the entire house. Remote self check-in offers flexibility, and the home is professionally cleaned with fresh linens and towels for each stay. House Rules Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are not permitted. We have sensitive neighbours and ask that you respect noise levels at all times. Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. The reviews on my profile belong to this same property. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional visitors. Pets are not allowed. Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering and leave them in the entrance hall to protect the carpets. We provide basic toiletries, as well as a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, toilet rolls, and kitchen roll. If you require more during your stay, there is a Tesco supermarket only a few minutes away. If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extra cleaning beyond standard turnover, an additional cleaning fee may apply. A travel cot is available upon request for an additional fee of £30. Please let us know in advance if required. This is our home in Cambridge.
