The heart of the house is the bright open-plan living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in and overlook the private garden. It’s a lovely space to relax on the sofa, enjoy a meal together or simply take in the peaceful surroundings after a day in London. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or cooking dinner. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, soft lighting and plenty of storage, giving everyone a quiet place to unwind. Guest access Guests will have the house and garden all to themselves, plus the private driveway Other things to note Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the garden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave. No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden. Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance. This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume. Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
