You can stand on the back deck and see views of the sugary white sand beaches that are right across the street from our place. Beach service at our private beach for 2 included from March-October. The space Our place is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The property is located on a resort where you can have lots of family fun and will never have to leave the resort. There are 5 swimming pools, mini golf, a tennis court, private beach access, a beach bar, a five star restaurant on-site and a water taxi that takes you around the docks of the harbor to a variety of bars and restaurants. Guest access Our guest have access to 1100 ft of private sugary, white sand beaches next to the emerald green waters of the coast. Beach service setup included in the rate, for 2 chairs with beach umbrella. Beach bar that serves food and drinks, 5 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, golf, tennis, and a 5 star restaurant all onsite. Laundry room and swimming pool conveniently located right across from our unit. Restaurant: There is a 5 star restaurant onsite “The Louisiana Lagniappe.” The Sand Flea is right on the beach and open March-October We also have a guide with our favorite restaurants and activities in the condo for your review. Beach Access: The private beach is a 3 minute walk from our place and the code for access will be given at check in at the security gate. Beach service for 2 included in the rate from Sunset Beach Service. Just look for the beach attendant under the red umbrella and ask for beach setup for unit 8103. You can also bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas, but no tents are allowed. Additional Beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment is available for rent by Sunset Beach Services.
