Little House 1 - Luxury Nature Getaway

At the very edge of the forest, in the quiet village of Vrankovec near Sv. Cross of Začretje, is located Little House – a house with a soul in which 2 apartments are carefully decorated, each for up to 4 people. Surrounded by greenery, silence and fresh Zagorje air, 40 minutes from Zagreb. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and has 60 m² and provides a perfect combination of comfort, warmth and functionality. It is decorated with attention to detail – every corner invites you to relax and enjoy. Optionally, you can rent both apartments or the whole house. The space The apartment is 60 m² and contains: • spacious entrance hall with mirror, dresser and guest slippers • a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), desk, TV, safe and wardrobe (bed linen, extra pillows and blankets included) • open living room with sofa bed (130x180 cm), TV (Netflix), books and board games • dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, spices, maintenance and cleaning supplies, food serving utensils • balcony/terrace with seating area • bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer and all toiletries (towels, bathrobes, cosmetics, hair dryer), auxiliary bathroom chair (on request) • Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV (Netflix) • air conditioning for heating and cooling • electric radiators in the hallway and bathroom • Key box for self check-in • Safety: cameras around the facility, fire extinguisher, first aid kit • Parking Guests can enjoy a small terrace overlooking the garden – the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening tea. 🌸 Environment and common space The house is located in a quiet tourist resort, surrounded by a carefully landscaped large garden full of greenery and flowers that can be used by guests of both apartments. Guests can use a shared barbecue patio, ideal for socializing and dinners under the starry sky. The apartment also includes barbecue utensils (wood, charcoal, skewers). While adults prepare the barbecue, children can enjoy the children's playground in the yard without any worries. During the day, only birds and the sound of leaves can be heard, and at night the sky becomes a blanket of stars – a true luxury of nature. 🌙 Guest access Entire apartment and shared use of the yard and rest gazebo. Other things to note Pets ON REQUEST with the possibility of an additional charge. Upon arrival, we ask you for some information from the guest's ID, passport or any other document such as a driver's license for all guests arriving. This is a mandatory tourist registration that we must complete in the online registration form called E-Visitor. We'll be sure to email you more detailed instructions.
