Welcome to our holiday home of about 100 m2, ideal for families, groups of friends or business trips. Bright and modern house, located in a pleasant setting, it offers all the comforts to accommodate up to 8 people. We are a passionate couple who built this house with care and desire to share a warm place where everyone can feel good. Our furry friends are welcome; please select the 'Pets' option when making your booking. The space This holiday home, with a pleasant terrace overlooking the garden, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor): one double bed • Bedroom 2: three single beds • Bedroom 3: one double bed and one single bed You will enjoy a cosy living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. A laundry room is also available with a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. For added comfort, the accommodation includes two bathrooms with showers and two toilets. There is private parking for up to two vehicles. A garage can also be made available for bicycles or a motorbike, on request when booking. Other things to note From 1 April, bed linen will be included in the rental rate. ⚠️ Important: This condition only applies to bookings made on or after 1 April. For any booking made before this date (even if the stay takes place after 1 April), the previous terms and conditions will continue to apply, i.e. a supplement of €5 per person for bed linen. We do not provide towels. We provide a baby kit, cot, high chair, bathtub and booster seat, on request. Please let us know when booking. A Green'Up socket is available for you to charge your electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle. An additional charge will be made based on consumption.
