Welcome to our vacation home of about 100 m2, ideal for families, groups of friends or business stays. Bright and modern house, located in a pleasant setting, it offers all the comfort to accommodate up to 8 guests. We are a passionate couple who built this house with care and desire to share a warm place where everyone can feel good. Our furry friends are welcome; please select the “pet option” when making your reservation. The space This vacation home, with a pleasant terrace overlooking the garden, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor): one double bed • Bedroom 2: three single beds • Bedroom 3: one double bed and one single bed You will enjoy a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. A laundry room is also available with washing machine, dryer and drying rack. For added comfort, the accommodation includes two bathrooms with shower and two toilets. Private parking is available for up to two vehicles. A garage can also be made available for bicycles or a motorcycle, upon request when booking. Other things to note From April 1, bed linens will be included in the rental rate. ⚠️ Important: This condition only applies to reservations made on or after April 1. For any reservation made before this date (even if the stay takes place after April 1), the previous terms and conditions remain applicable, i.e., a surcharge of €5 per person for sheets. We don't provide towels. We provide a baby kit, baby bed, highchair, bathtub and booster seat, upon request. Please let us know when booking. A Green'Up outlet is available for charging your electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle. A surcharge will be requested based on consumption.
