A larger than average 4 bedroom detached villa. It is ideally located on a corner plot and offers open views from the front of the property. The open plan living areas are very spacious and overlook the pool area. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. This includes a 20L water cooler (water provided complimentary) and a fully fitted utility room with washing machine and a large fridge freezer. There are 4 larger than average bedrooms with maximum occupancy set to 6. They share an L shaped balcony which overlooks the pool. An I-Pad connecting cable is provided if you wish to watch programs you have downloaded onto your iPlayer. There are also a number of DVDs available to watch. The villa also has free unlimited Wi-Fi, and a newly installed streaming box. All rooms are fully airconditioned (with timer switches) all rooms with fly screens and blackout blinds throughout. The pool is directly accessible from the villa, and may be unsuitable for younger children POOL SAFETY: CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
