Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes. The space The living space The bedroom/living room has had a new double bed 180 x 200 cm since spring 2022 for more comfort. A double-door wardrobe and a sideboard are provided for storing luggage. A small armchair invites you to watch TV. If you go into the next room, there is a complete kitchenette with a refrigerator/small freezer, a stove and oven, a sink, and a dishwasher. The dining area is cozy near the window, so you can look into the garden while eating or working. A small sofa serves as a seating area. This can be easily pulled out for chilling or sleeping. But it is not a full-fledged sleeping place, as it is very short and therefore only suitable for small people. In a small hallway you can hang your jackets and put your shoes. From there you can reach the bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and a new washing machine. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bedroom/living room there is an air conditioner that can be used to cool as well as heat. Other important information The garden and the shared terrace can be used by arrangement to relax, eat or even grill. A barbecue can be provided on request. A car can park on the property. In front of the house, parking is possible on the street. By arrangement, we can provide up to two simple bicycles. Guest access The apartment is accessed separately behind the house via a staircase. We also live in the house, but have our own entrance. Self check-in via the key safe is possible. Other things to note Since we live in the house and also like to be in the garden, it may be that you can also hear or see each other. We can gladly agree on who uses which terrace, as there are two of them :)
