The space I greet you right in the heart of Germany in my 60 sqm holiday apartment "Enzianshaus" in Höchheim. Built in the 18th century, the sandstone half-timbered house was completely renovated by 2019. I put a lot of emphasis on the use of natural building materials such as clay walls, parquet flooring and exposed beams. The cozy king-size bed of the apartment invites you to dream. It is equipped with feather pillows on the one hand, and on the other with memory foam pillows with aloe vera pillow cover. The bathroom has a large walk in rain shower. Here, a lot of emphasis was placed on a modern design during the renovation, with the use of natural materials like wood and clay. In the open kitchen there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the Barista Nespresso machine, each guest is provided one capsule per day free of charge. In addition, there are various teas that you are all welcome to try. For the pancakes in the morning, a blender makes the work easier. A Tupperware quikchef is available for "Schnibbelarbeit". In the evening, a wood-burning oven with window creates a cozy atmosphere. Wood is sufficiently available for this. Under the covered outdoor area, there is lounge furniture where you can comfortably drink a glass of wine. A ball grill is also available for the barbecue enthusiasts. Since you can take many bike rides in our area, two Gudereit Model SX75 trekking bikes are available to you free of charge. We rent two Cube and Hibike e-bikes, which you are welcome to book based on availability. It all sounds like a perfectly romantic home for couples. But families with children are also welcome. A baby travel cot can be added if needed. In addition, the Enzianshaus has an additional bedroom for an additional two people, which you can book at any time. Booking for two includes the complete loft with a double bed. The second bedroom can be booked for an additional per-person per-night fee. The apartment is well suited for working from home. Next to the Enzianshaus, there is another accommodation, "Haus Engelbert," which can accommodate an additional two to six people. The front door is painted with the original color turquoise blue. The key is in a key box next to the entrance door, so a contactless check-in is easily possible.
