INDOORS: Inside, Gennadi Serenity Villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 separate bedrooms fully air conditioned. One bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a very big sofa in the living room which can be turned into a double bed. A fold out bed is also at your disposal. We can set it up for you either in the twin bedroom or in the living room. With this addition the villa can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. The villa has an open -plan living design that provides a bright airy, sunny environment. This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix.There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want. The bathroom consists of a WC, a large shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and face/pool-beach towels for your stay. In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units, whose use is included in the price, and a safe so you can enjoy your holidays without worrying about your valuables. OUTDOORS: The site is very large and is not overlooked by any immediate neighbours. Outdoors, the villa features a big private garden with sunbathing terraces,shaded outdoor seating and dining areas and private parking. In the front balcony overlooking the private pool and the sea, a modern big dining table with chairs and outdoor furniture sit under the pergola and by the pool seven sun loungers, two parasols, a beautiful shady gazebo and a swing chair with a stand and cushion are provided. The private pool is 6m x 3m and is 1.5m deep, being situated on a large tiled patio area in front of the villa. A charcoal BBQ stands beside the front balcony, to enjoy preparing grilled meals for outdoor dining. On the roof terrace of the house there is a sun lounge equipped with chairs and a small table under an aluminium gazebo with curtains where you can relax or sunbathe overlooking the Mediterranean sea! Our eco- swimming pool is ready for use from April till mid-November to enjoy relaxing and refreshing moments during your stay.
