About Your Hosts We are Nick and Julia, a warm and welcoming couple. Nick is Mauritian, Julia is German and we are currently living in Ireland. Nick's parents are living close by, available to assist with anything you need to make your stay unforgettable. House Rules • Check-in: After 3:00 PM, Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Flexible subject to availability. • No smoking indoors • Respect the natural surroundings and wildlife • No loud music or noise, please respect the residents in the neighbourhood. • No overnight unregistered guests • Keep air conditioners off when not in use or not at the property. • Always lock all doors and close the electric gate when leaving the property. Guest access - The entire property is yours with a private entrance, a secured electric gate. - Private garden for your exclusive use - Private on-site parking - Fully fenced grounds and secure surroundings Other things to note - Tourist tax: from 1 Oct 2025, €3 per adult (12+) per night, already included in price. - House rules: any damage/breakage/missing items may be charged at cost of repair/replacement.
