Lower floor (accessible via an external staircase): • Bedroom with two single beds. • Full bathroom with shower and washing machine. • Second private courtyard. The house also has Wi-Fi, a barbecue and free street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The development has a communal swimming pool, which is open during the high season. The property offers beautiful views of the sea and is located in a quiet area, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the Costa del Sol. Other things to note Before booking, we recommend taking the following into account: • The property is accessed via several sets of steps, so it may not be the most convenient option for people with reduced mobility or families using a pushchair. • The second bedroom is only accessible via an external staircase. Although it's part of the same property and the whole area is private and fenced, this layout may be less practical for families with very young children. • If you prefer everyone to sleep on the same floor, you can use the sofa bed in the living room. • Pets are allowed on request.
