The space Rooms & Spaces Entry Lounge & Fireplace A spacious entry lounge welcomes guests with seating for up to eight people and an enclosed wood fireplace (firewood provided). This is the perfect space to unwind with board games or cards (provided) while enjoying uninterrupted views of the Grampians through large windows. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, two electric ovens and electric cooktop, with all utensils and cookware provided. Guests will find tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied, along with baking trays, paper and cooking utensils. A cocktail mixer and glassware are also available for evening drinks. The kitchen features four bench stools at the island and a marble dining table seating six. Main Living Room A comfortable second living space features a large eight-person couch, bean bag and spare chair; facing a large TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. (Streaming services can be accessed using your own login accounts.) Master Bedroom The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite bathroom, providing a quiet and spacious retreat. Bedrooms 2–4 Three additional bedrooms each feature queen-size beds and walk-in robes, comfortably accommodating families or groups. Main Bathroom The main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and basin, with a separate toilet located nearby. Laundry A full laundry is available for guest use, including a new washer and dryer, ironing board and essential cleaning products. Outdoor Entertainment Area The undercover outdoor space is designed for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Guests can unwind in the hot tub (fits up to 6 people), enjoy a game on the convertible pool/table tennis table, or cook on the BBQ. Outside, a fire pit with seating provides the perfect spot to relax in the evening while taking in the fresh country air and views of the Grampians. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and surrounding grounds. Set on 3 acres, the house is surrounded by open paddocks providing plenty of space, privacy and uninterrupted mountain views. Parking is available on site with 3 car undercover car port. Other things to note If you are planning to host a gathering or celebration during your stay, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. Prior approval and a refundable deposit may be required. While the property is private, there are neighbours nearby, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful and keep late-night noise to a minimum. You may also notice kangaroos on or around the property, as they frequently pass through the surrounding paddocks. They are protected wildlife and must not be harmed. Please do not approach or attempt to feed them, as they are wild animals and can be unpredictable. They are generally shy and will keep their distance. Plenty of room on the property for camping but please arrange with us prior.
