Welcome to a bright and modern apartment with two spacious bedrooms, perfect for one or two couples or a family. The apartment has a welcoming living room, a 15 sqm veranda, and a fully equipped kitchen, which makes it easy to cook your own meals if you wish. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds. The apartment is within walking distance to grocery stores and public transport hubs (UNN), so you can easily get to the city center or other parts of Tromsø. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is 56 sqm, and consists of an entrance, two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and combined living room/kitchen where there is a fireplace. From the living room you can go out on a 15 sqm veranda, where there is a seating area all year round. The apartment was fully renovated in 2012, but has been upgraded several times in recent times. The exterior of the building was completely renovated in 2025, and at the same time it was insulated and fitted with a heat pump for a more comfortable indoor climate. Welcome! Guest access Our guests are welcome to use all the apartment's rooms and outdoor areas. Because my partner and I normally live in the apartment, there is no access to closets and dressers in the bedrooms. There is a separate clothes hanger available for guests in bedroom 2. Basic items such as towels, soap, etc. are provided to guests. Products in cabinets in the bathroom are requested not to be used, as these are private. Other things to note The apartment has beds for 4 people, but there is a sofa in the living room, as well as an air mattress available if you are a larger travel group.
