It is quiet, very comfortable, and well-finished, with modern furnishings, a 4K UHD TV, and air conditioning. It is less than 1 km from Petrignano, only 6 km from the center of Assisi and/or Santa Maria degli Angeli, 15 km from Perugia, and 2 minutes from the "San Francesco" airport, also called the Sant'Egidio airport. Excellent starting point also for hiking or cycling excursions to discover the green Umbria. The space After parking, you will find the intercom "Ascani" and a gate, to open it you will use the keys provided, continue to the first door on the left, stop and find the front door. Entering you will find a large living room with sofa bed on your right, an openable table with chairs, a 55-inch Smart TV and a kitchen complete with every accessory (ex: coffee maker and kettle). The kitchen is ready for basic use for cooking ,oil ,sugar ,salt , coffee, tea Continuing to enter the hallway that includes the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The first double room on the left has a QLED smart TV and a large wardrobe. The other room is slightly smaller, has a French bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with shower stall, bidet and washing machine for those staying overnight for long periods. The double-glazed windows all have mosquito nets and blinds and overlook the private outdoor paved area with a view of a green park in the residence. It is perfect for a walk or as a playground for children and teens. The outdoor park, which is not private but belongs to the complex, has spaces for exercise and a soccer field. Guest access We offer our guests access to the pool AT ANOTHER FACILITY with which we have an agreement from June 15 to September 15 "free of charge", for the entire period of the booking and for all guests included in the booking. The facility where the pool is located may change its opening and closing times, including due to bad weather. Pool access will be from 8 am to 7 pm every day, and an umbrella and sunbeds will be included (always subject to availability). The swimming pool is only 6 km (3.7 miles) away, which is a 10-minute drive. Perfect for families, with a small children's pool supervised by a lifeguard; you'll also find a small bar stocked with cold drinks and snacks. For those who wish, there is also the property's restaurant. To gain access, simply leave one of our business cards with the name of the person who made the booking; further details will be provided at check-in, as well as… the address and location of the pool.
