Rental unit in Bakkasund

Centrally located in Bakkasund, close to Olaskjæret, the Joker store, and the marina, we are renting out our Rorbu cabin. It is one of five sections in the Bakkasund Brygge condominium. There is parking for one car in front of the unit. On sunny days, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the sun by the front door in the morning and early afternoon while watching the activity in the marina and on the quay. And in the afternoon/evening, it's the kitchen side that gets the sun. It's especially nice to sit here in the doorway of the patio doors. The view is beautiful no matter the weather. The space The Rorbu cabin is spread over two floors. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and dining room with a long table. There are large patio doors and an exit to the dock. A lovely place to sit and enjoy life. Cozy and secluded. On the second floor, there is a TV lounge with a sofa bed, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and a collapsible drying rack available. Guest access The entire unit and the associated outdoor area. Other things to note Common outdoor area between the two buildings that make up Bakkasund Brygge. Here in this common area, the condominium association has a defibrillator available. We have our boat moored outside the dock. Upon request, it can be moved, and the boat slip can be rented additionally.
