Bringing unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval and valid ID proof will result in immediate termination of the booking and eviction without refund. ⚠️ Important: Any illegal activity on the property, including the use of escort services, is strictly prohibited. The space ✨ About Villa Aura •The entire villa is reserved exclusively for your group (no sharing with other guests). However, the number of bedrooms provided will depend on the number of guests included in the reservation, with one bedroom allocated for every two guests. Any additional bedrooms will remain locked during the stay. • Spacious 5BHK villa with elegant, aesthetic interiors • 4 AC bedrooms + 1 non-AC bedroom for natural ventilation lovers • 1 attached bathroom in the masterbedroom and 2 common bathroom .Total 3 bathrooms. • The 450 sq. ft. master suite comes with two private balconies • Two other rooms offer direct access to individual private balconies • Cozy private garden ideal for relaxing, small intimate gatherings or kids • Large, comfortable living & dining area perfect for groups and long stays • 65-Inch TV in the living room • Fast Wi-Fi • Ample parking space • Peaceful residential setting with easy connectivity to Darjeeling/Gangtok routes • Perfect for families, business travellers,premium travellers, wedding guests & staycations •We have power backup available at the property. In case of a power outage the inverter can provide backup for approximately 6–8 hours and will support essential lights and fans. Please note that high-power appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators will not operate on the inverter backup. 👥 Visitor Policy • Guests must inform us in advance about any visitors and Ids must be submitted. • Visitor stay is limited to 2 hours. • Any visitor beyond the confirmed number of guests will be charged ₹600 per person. ‼️ Please note: Booking for fewer guests and bringing additional guests or visitors without prior notice and payment is strictly prohibited. If we find the guests is bringing any unregistered guests/visitors we can expel the entire group overnight without any refund. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the villa, including all assigned bedrooms, living and dining areas, balconies, and the private garden. • The entire villa will be exclusively reserved for your use. However, the number of rooms allotted will depend on the number of guests, with one room allocated for every two guests. Any remaining unused rooms will remain locked during your stay. • Certain cupboards containing personal items are off-limits. • Only confirmed guests are permitted to stay on the property. • All guests must provide valid identification to the host upon arrival. • Any planned visitors during the stay must be communicated to the owner in advance. Villa Aura ensures privacy, comfort, and a smooth experience for all guests while maintaining security. Other things to note •. Pricing Policy: Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Kindly refrain from sending bargaining or discount requests, as the listed rates reflect our best offer. •We have power backup available at the property. Only guests with registered valid Ids allowed .Use of property for unlawful activities will be reported to the police . • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times must be followed as per booking.Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out time is 11am. • Late Checkout: Allowed only if there’s no subsequent booking, at a charge of ₹500 per extra hour. • Noise & Parties: Loud parties are not allowed. Small gatherings are permitted with prior approval. • Safety & Security: Guests are responsible for personal belongings.
