MEDIEVAL-STYLE HOUSE IN THE CHAMPAGNE COUNTRYSIDE

Big and original house of 600 m2 with a beautiful garden of 3000 m2. Nice place to stay during a few days to enjoy French quiet countryside and visit the Champagne region The space The house: Unique house with a medieval style, it has been built recently (in 2000) and has really big spaces. 1 huge living room of 80m2 and 8m high with a big chimney and large stairs, is surrounded by 25 arcades, separating the living room from another 80m2 space, made of the dining room and the kitchen. Upstairs, a first mezzanine also measures 80m2 and is the perfect place to rest and admire the nature thanks to its big windows. There are 4 spacious rooms (between 20 and 35 m2), all equipped with double beds. Other 3 double beds and 3 single beds are located in a cosy and quiet mezzanine upstairs. We also have 1 kid bed and 1 baby bed available in the house where up to 17 adults can sleep. The 2 bathrooms are also huge and very comfortable. Each one has 2 wash basins, a shower and a bathtub. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi for 2 people. There are also 2 separate WC. The garden: The beautiful garden of 3000m2 has numerous nice trees and flowers and is limited by a small charming river. You can enjoy a nice barbecue around a big table where you can easily seat 16 people. If you want to lie down in the sun, it is also possible thanks to 4 sunbeds. You can park up to 8 cars in the property. Guest access Our guests can access the whole property (house and garden) Other things to note This is our family house and we ask our guests to take care of it as if it was their own house!
